Citizens for a Digital Future is pleased to welcome some new members to the coalition in Alabama. These new members include, Computers for All, First Stop-Second Chance, A.G. Gaston Conference, Foundation Capital, Birmingham Business Development Initiative, Birmingham Business Resource Center and Dickerson Management. These organizations can all attest to the various ways in which broadband can support business, communities and help improve lives.
Robert Dickerson, Jr. of the Birmingham Business Resource Center had this to say about joining Citizens for a Digital Future: “As an organization that supports entrepreneurship in Alabama, we see firsthand the benefits of broadband and digital technologies in helping businesses grow. Broadband has become a key component for businesses, economic growth and civic engagement. We are pleased to join Citizens for a Digital Future, an organization which recognizes the importance of widespread broadband access.”
Citizens for a Digital Future is always happy to join with other organizations who share our mission to promote public policies that promote adoption of and access to broadband and other digital technologies and we are excited to have these new members on board.
