An article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution announces the passage of HB168, the Telecom Jobs and Investment Act, by a voting margin of 145 to 23. The addition of a minor amendment to the bill is sending it back for an additional vote in the Georgia Senate. To read more, please click here.
