The New York Times writes about a new measurement tool that shows America is No. 1 in broadband

Saul Hansell discusses the “Connectivity Scorecard”, which was developed by Leonard Waverman, the dean of the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.  The scorecard compares countries according to how well they use communication technology in ways that result in economic productivity.  According to the scorecard, the U.S. ranks number 1.
