Cecilia Kang writes that on Tuesday, March 10th, leaders from the Commerce Department, Department of Agriculture and the Federal Communications Commission will meet to discuss how each agency will use funds allotted in the stimulus to help bring broadband to rural areas and other locations that do not currently have it.
